...and just like that I solved my own problem by simply restarting DVDProfiler.  Golly gee whiz, you'd think I'd know better: I work in IT.  :-)

Hi,

I currently have a similar problem. It seems that the program (3.5.1) cannot reach the server, neither for updating profiles nor for getting new ones, even program's online-update does not work.
I think it's not a general connection problem as I post this message thru the same internet connection.

My Location: Germany

Program restart did not help.
I'll try it again later.
