There is some problem with the online database for "Sleep Dealer" a 2008 film.  I entered it manually when I first got it because it was not listed in the database.  Then later on I tried to update it online and got a connection error.  For a while I just forgot about it but noticed that the cover images were missing while doing a report so decided to try and update it again today.

Still same error.  So I decided to search for it manually and found it in the online database listing in BluRay only by entering the title but when I try to download the info and edit the BluRay data out of it I get the "Unable to download, Continue anyway?".  When I click on "continue anyway" it gave the connection error.  I have no connection problems since I added other DVD's with no problem day after day.  I don't understand how to add a DVD to the online database or I would add the standard version.  When I've tried I got error messages and just gave up.  I just don't know all the information it asks for is one of the problems.

Update:
I just tried it once more to download the data for the BluRay editon and got the same initial message but when I clicked on "continue anyway" it quickly strarted downloading the data but it went fast so was only able to see the first item had an error but the cover scans as some data (but not all) was downloaded.

This is the first film that I have seen this particular error.  Any ideas on what the problem is caused from?

I was able to download that DVD with no problem. Have you tried to do a database repair yet? If not, go to Tools > Options > Utilities > Repair Profile Database. Good luck!

Are you sure you have the correct UPC in your local database. If you added it manually, it might an upc in the likes of Manual DVD #x. Make sure it has the correct UPC then try again.

The UPC that I have is 812034010913 which is the standard DVD edition.  If you search using that number, the DVD is not listed on the online database.

I was able to downlload the data for BluRay (after many tries) then re-edited for my purposes as a standard DVD.  The original problem may have been related to the server problems from a couple of weeks ago because I got this DVD on 10 September.  I guess no one has updated the info for the standard DVD yet and like I said before I don't understand how to add DVD's to the online database.  The few times I've tried it was just too complicated for my mentality    Advancing senility I guess.

Anyway, thanks for the quick replies.
