Recently, 3 of my movies wouldn't download an updated profile, stating "An Error has occurred processing this file".

I thought I'd try removing the DVDs from my collection and re-adding them.  I wrote down the info for them (UPC, purchase date, price, & location) so I could enter them in again.

Unfortunately, I now cannot download the profile.  I've tried typing in the UPC, finding the DVD in the listing, & using the DVD-ROM lookup feature.

Can anyone download the following DVD profiles?:

Major League
097361-207544

Manchurian Candidate (1962)
027616-911131

PCU
024543-086796

Just tried Major League, worked fine.

Make sure the region for the profile you want to add has been loaded. When adding a profile by title select the appropriate region. If it hasn't been loaded already, a message pops up.

Under "Tools" -> "Options..." -> "Regions to include" you can specify the regions that are loaded at program startup (the more regions you choose, the longer takes DVDP to load).

First try a database repair via DVDProfiler menu "Tools -> Options -> Utilities -> Database Repair ..." Choose the complete repair (default).

If this didn't help your problem might be related to the recent server change (incl. new IP) by Invelos.
Try the solutions named in this thread: https://www.invelos.com/Forums.aspx?task=viewtopic&topicID=397182
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
