Saving DVD covers to hard drive- how?

Okay, so I have a few dvd cases that needed replacement, and I want to print the covers from them. A few of the DVD's I couldn't find at cdcovers.cc, so I thought I'd be able to save the images from Profiler to my hard drive, then print them for the cases. IS this possible, and if it is, how?

Double-click on the profile in question, click on the tab to view the cover images, select the front or rear cover, then click on the copy button in the edit window. Paste into your favorite photo editor and print.
