File --> Backup --> Full Database --> save the DPB file to a memory stick.

After reinstallation of the PC

File --> Restore --> Point to the file on the memory stick (you can keep all settings at default)

This will restore all your profiles, cast & crew with images, and any other custom images you might have added to dvd profiler.
