Hi everybody!

I got a major problem. I just reinstalled DVD profiler on my new computer. When I download my database from the invelos internet storage i get "Access Violation at adress 0040328C in module `dvdpro.exe´. Read of adress FFFFFFFC.

What can be wrong? Any ideas?

Thank you in advance for your answers.

Could be practically anything.

First check would be, whether your registration data was entered correctly (username: all caps). If this is correct, try a clean reinstall (means uninstall first and remove all registry entries concerning DVDProfiler).
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
