Problem with Registration |

I want to unlock the full version,but when I enter all my info,it says that it can not accept my credit card.
I have called mastercard and there is nothing wrong with the card at all.
I have sent an e-mail for support,but have heard no reply.
Just wondering is someone from DVD profiler can help me understand what I am doing wrong.

this is the message I recieve every time:
The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number. |

| | Posted: | | | | Looks like you're registered now due to the  icon next to your name. Now click on the "registration" link at the top of the page to get your registration information to enter into the application. |
