I was in the process of adding a DVD to my collection. Had looked it up by Title and selected it. For some reason I cancelled it partway through downloading. I don't see the title in my collection, but if I try to add it now I get this error message:

Error

Adrenaline Rush: The Science of Risk is already a part of
your .

I've tried running the database cleanup and repair utility, but continue to get this message. How can I clear out this corrupt entry?

Maybe the UPC (which must be unique) is actually already part of your collection - maybe under a different name.

Try the following: Write down the UPC of the profile you wish to add. Then close the add dialog. Press Alt-F10. The select UPC dialog should open. Enter the UPC and see if it jumps anywhere.
