Yes it was. On a show called "Team Antonsen" Every week they had a different version of the monolog where Kristoffer Schau did the Dutchman... Hillarious comedy

Must have been in 2004 according to a website dedicated to the man who is playbacked by Kristopher Schaus: Wim Sonneveld. (Not the singer, that's someone else).

Wim was an excellent comedian with a typical cultivated voice. Sometimes he played a role in a movie (this part about the kalfsborst or 'buste au veau' :-) is from 'Op de Hollandse toer'). In 1957 he played a role in 'Silk Stockings' as Peter Ilyitch Boroff. I always thought him the best of the Dutch trio: Wim Kan, Toon Hermans and Wim Sonneveld.
