For anybody who is a fan of this film, they are probably aware that Warner released a pretty solid R1 disc back in 2002.  The only flaw in it was an annoying audio sync error in the titles.  People were booing when they should have been cheering and vice versa.  Well, turns out that Warner has fixed the problem.  I read a hint that this might be the case on a different message board and took a chance and ordered another copy from Amazon.  Just got it in and, sure enough, the audio cue is now correctly in sync.  Everything else about the disc and packaging are identical to the original release, except for a new disc ID.  Just passing the word along for those who may be interested.

Haven't yet picked this up,, but when  you say 'an annoying audio sync error in the titles. ' do you mean the entire movie or just those cue cards? confused on the word titles '  ..
In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

It was just during the opening credits, not throughout the entire film.  Regardless, if you haven't picked it up yet, then it wouldn't matter.  The ones they're pressing these days have all been corrected.

But then again, I'm happy to own one of these and wouldn't want to exchange it - like a misprinted postage stamp. Yay! Woohoo!

Oh yeah, don't want to lose that collector's item.  There were only about 100,000 made.
