I'm trying to do credits for an animated series and am running into a problem.

First each episode doesn't have complete credits as they appeared originally on TV. Instead only the opening credits remain intact which only includes Director, Writing Credits and Theme Music by credits.

At the end of the final episode all the credits for all the episodes are compiled into a long list of credits with no way to tell which credits belong to which episode. Plus certain credits repeat themselves.

How should the credits be done for this?

1. Should I not do episode dividers for either cast/crew and just put all credits into one list?
2. Attempt to do credits with episode dividers, but put those credits that are compiled into the lost list at the end of the episodes at the very beginning?
3. How should the cast credits be done?
3A. Attempt cast credits with episode dividers, which may result in errors?
3B. Or just list them as they appear at the end without episode divers since it can't really be determined by the credits themselves which episode the cast credits belong?

Agreed as well.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

1, and check out what tv.com has to say/offer for help. After using them to help profile a handful of TV seasons, I've found only the smallest of errors in character names. This won't help much with the crew, but is great for cast, esp. those without roles given in the credits.
