Is there a way to add a fourth column, so that I have two in the middle instead of the one there is currently?  I would like to put Audio/Video to the left of Subtitles, but the only way I can see to do this at the moment is to encroach onto the Collection list to the left or the images to the right, neither option suitable for me.

You should be able to just drag/drop it to create a fourth column. Or you can have a look at the downloadable layouts to see if there's something there that suits you, the first four layouts are all four column designs. If there's nothing there that suits you, you could still use the one that's closest to what you want and change it to fit your needs exactly.

Thanks for that.  I couldn't seem to be able to create one when dragging, only getting an above, below or add to tabs icon, but downloading a layout with four allowed me to drag and drop what I wanted where I wanted.  Bonus was getting General Info to be same width as Audio/Video and Subtitles combined, which is perfect.
