I've had some trouble recently with a profile (Four Flies on Grey Velvet) that wouldn't download when trying an update.  I restored my database from a backup but still get the error message and now I've noticed some titles have disappeared, one being Michael Clayton on blu-ray.  When I tried to add it back I'm getting the same error message for it's profile.

Thanks, that's fixed it, now I need to go through and see if anything else is missing.
