Export a Filtered Report to Excel/Word?

I've created assorted Tags, such as Favorites, CG, Oscar Winners, etc.  Anyway, if I run a report on the tag Favorites, for example, is there a way to export that Report to a spreadsheet, or whatever?

By using the CSV plugin you can export it to a CSV file, which can then be imported/opened in Excel, but as far as I know it's not supported natively in the program itself.

The exported spreadsheet has gobs of stuff I don't need, but I can alter that in Excel.  Thanks, KM/Astrakan!
