I just started working with reports in DVD Profiler tonight and have come across an oddity: Using the "7 Up Refined Version" report template that I downloaded from the Templates page I printed the box set entries only - 165 titles. All looks really nice except for the thumbnails. Of the 165 titles in the report, only two show the thumbnails. The rest all show black.

Almost all the images were contained in the auto-downloaded profiles; I only had to add a few myself. "The Ultimate Underdog: Volume 1" and "The Wire" are showing thumbnails. I looked for a "Refresh Thumbnails" menu item or something similar but I don't see anything that looks like it would help. A couple other reports are showing thumbnails OK, so it might just be the template.

Has anyone else come across this?
