I noticed when I tried to pull up a couple of entries in my Owned list, it would think and then jump to another entry. I fould two that continuall did that.

I then tried to upload my collection, thinking that I would just d/l w/ the new version of Profiler and everything would be ok.

I got an access violation on dvdpro.exe and my collection #'s as messed uip (duplicate collection #;s) etc. I cant tell if everything was uploaded or not because, of course, THIS WAS A LARGE UPDATE.

I noticed there may be a database repair (someone mentioned it), but for the life of me I can't find it.  I did do a search, but the forum search timed out, so I'm posting. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, just go to Tools >>> Options >>> Utilities near the top of your screen in the program, and there you will find the Database Repair.

Thank you I found it.

I repaired the DB, and it looked ok.  However when I upload it, there are four of my items that were in "ordered" that are now in "owned" w/ the same collection # as the last one I entered.

I guess I could d/l from the website and change manually, but I don't want to take the chance of screwing something else up.

Is there any way to fix this.  Can I upload everything instead of it just uploading the changes.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I didn't know that when disc profiles are added after I have already added a box set that profiler will automatically add them for you at upload.  good feature.

just create a new empty database - upload this (so it deletes everything) on the online
Then select your normal database again and upload that.

thank you.  I didn't know you could have duplicate DBs, which opens up other possibilities.
