Backup or downloading error

i get the folowing eror when trying to backup my database

'Cannot create file C:\Users\Cliff\AppData\Roaming\DVD Profiler\Databases.dod.'

It could be helpful to give some more informations... 

Which OS do you use? Are you logged in with admin rights?

1) Microsoft Vista OS, and i do have admin rights.
2) I did do a Cancel on the 'backup' process, followed by 'Refresh All Images'. then when i tried the backup again i got the error. tried to upload the 'Syncronize with DVD Profiler Online: Upload' process and got the same error.

Close DVDP. Rename the file to .old. Restart DVDP. You may have to reselect you database. Usually it's located under <your documents>\DVD Profiler\Databases\Default

Try to backup again.

thx, that did the trick. i did not have to reselect the database.
