I have been trying to add dvd's and I keep getting an error with connection. I have gone into Tools options Online and tested the internet connection all was fine but everytime i hit Add DVD this is the error i get.

But I can't as another error keeps poping up.

This message doesn't stop until you CTRL, ALT DELETE

I haven't entered anything to search, I don't get that far.

I have restarted the computer twice and shut down as well. Hoping to clear anything that maybe connected, Any help would be appreciated
