I reinstalled the program, because my computer crashed. I downloaded my online collection, but I lost all the cover images. How I get them back?

Have you done a regular backup via File->Backup database? The backup files contains the images and also yout personal data.

The online collection isn't intended as backup, it's only a last resort if everything else has failed.

Try Online->Refresh All Images.

No, I don't have a backup. I did this before, but never lost the cover images. I tried 'refresh images', but it does 1 at the time. Can I do this for the whole collection?
