OK, I've just discovered a very strange bug that I don't think has been mentioned before.
If you're editing a profile and you try and add a thumbnail to a crew member it won't store. Everything seems to go as planned but as soon as you click OK on the Assign Cast/Crew Image window, the image simply vanishes - or I thought it did.

But if you go to Edit Cast first and select an entry with a headshot, then go to Crew and try and assign a headshot - you end up with the headshot of the cast member!

Can anyone else replicate this? Adding headshots from the normal window works fine, it's only when editing a profile.

No, can't replicate it. Opened a profile for editing, went into the crew section, clicked find crew member - double clicked on the headshot space, selected an image from google images, and it stored just fine.

Same here, everything works as expected.

Strange. I'll try it again when I get home.
I only discovered it because I was adding a headshot for Kristin Scott Thomas, went to the crew page to add a headshot of the director and Kristin popped up instead!
