Hi i bought premium yesterday and have ran into a few problems,
First of all i installed the loaddvd plugin and ran all the scripts fine.
Then i came across a problem where the application would not close properly, i cant remember the code but i think i is something like access violation 0000000000000 this im not sure of though.

I then opened up profiler again and the collection list was missing from the left hand side of the page, I retrieved this by opening view, windows then ticking collection list which was unticked for some reason?
The problem is it has opened in a seperate window however i wish the list to be enbedded in the gui like before.

I then tried to backup the database as i spent over 12 hours inserting information so i could try a fresh install again however i get this code.

cannot create file C:\backup.dpb.

Any help would be appreciated

Cheers

This may depend on which operating system you are using, but some do not allow to create files in the root folder (C:\).

Have you tried to point the backup to the Desktop or My Documents instead?

Start the application and when the splash screen shows (i.e. the DVD eye), hold CTRL+ALT+Shift pressed until the application is fully loaded.

Then close it. Does it close properly now?

Yes it does

And it also browses 10x faster

However i realized that doing this removes the plugins.

I assume you asked me to do this to find the root of the problem which i now believe is one of the 3 plugins i installed.

Thanks for this mate

Unfortunetly i have to take the baby to the park so will not be here for the next few hours, but we are getting there lol
