Since today I gat the error message "The online system generated an unrecognized error. Please try again later." when I try to upload my collection. Downloading profiles is working, the Internet connection test is working.
Does anyone have an idea what the problem is???

Greetings,

MacLeod

I've just uploaded my collection and everything seems to work fine for me. If you're still having this problem it would therefore seem that it's not a general problem.

Hope you get it sorted out.

Cheers,
Steve

Try performing a database repair and then upload your collection.

I made a database repair, but uploading doesn't work either. Now I tried a new install of DvDProfiler, but no change: I can't upload my collecion. The same is when I switch off my virus scanner and firewall. Please, any other ideas!!!

Create a new empty database. Upload the empty database to the online.

If this is succesful, open your database again, and perform an upload again.

I tried this to. But it didn't help. I click on "DVD Profiler Online" in the Online menu, get the Sign-In-Screen to enter username and password, click on next, an then I get the error message...

Then I believe your options are run out. It may be best to open a support ticket.

Now it works again! The mistake was, that I switched off virus scanners and firewall from my "G Data Internet Security" software, but the internet filters were still active. I excluded invelos website from this filter, and now it works properly.
Thanks anyway for your ideas!

MacLeod
