I have been using both the desktop and mobile version for a while now and today, I noticed all my added movies only had low res covers. I then went to select hires and is prompted that it is only valid for registered version. I re-entered the code Invelos gave me and is told not valid and to get a new registration. I know this is lifetime so what happened?

Sure enough, I went to My Registration page and only the Mobile version registration code is shown. Can someone form invelos please help? Thanks.

The quickest way to resolve this would be to open a support ticket.

It took some time, but I finally got it.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

He was referring to a joke that MarEll said.  Ken is the author/owner/creator of the program.

Haha... didn't catch the insider joke. Anyway, my predicament is not funny though I should learn not to take things so serious, at least not here anyways.

Be patient, Kensong. Sometimes these things work out quick and sometimes a little less so. Ken's wife reported a few days ago that they were moving, so he may be a bit preoccupied.

Thanks Dr Parlov for the feedback. Much appreciated. I will wait for his response from the support ticket I sent. Great and supportive community

Just to inform all who responded that the issue was that PayPal actually refunded the amount I paid due largely to my fault when making the purchase. I thought I paid twice and cancelled one order when actually only one payment went through. Resolving this now with paypal. Thanks all.

If they refunded it, may be easier to simply purchase it again.

Though I have to admit, you're the first person I've ever seen with just the mobile icon!

Haha... yup, it's weird and I can tell you totally useless without the PC partner. Anyway, Invelos is kind enough to help me through this while I purchase a new license.
