I recently bought Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea: Season 4, Volume 1.

On Disc 3, Side B there are 2 episodes listed.

Deadly Amphibians
Eleven Days to Zero (Recut, Unaired Pilot)

There are also Special Features on disc 3, interviews and a Gallery.

The question is this.

Eleven Days to Zero already appears on Season One, Volume One as the very first episode.

Eleven Days to Zero is NOT from Season 4, but as indicated is the pilot of the series.

Do we treat it as an Special Feature or would we include the credits from this episode in the profile since it's listed as an episode outside of the Special Features menu?

How exactly is it listed in the booklet and or on the cover?

E.g. "The Cage" (Star Trek's original pilot) was included in the Season 3 box. I included it in my runtime calculation since it wasn't declared bonus or special feature.

The episode list isn't on the back cover.

The case is clear. When you remove disc 3 you can see the episode list on the reverse side of the outside artwork.

This is how it's listed.

Disc Three                        Side B
Deadly Amphibians
Eleven Days to Zero (Re-cut, Unaired Pilot)
Special Features
- Interviews with Actor David Hedison
- Still Photo Gallery

So you access this through the episode list, and not through the special features menu.

Then, in my opinion, this is valid to include in the credits, and counted for in the runtime.

I agree. Since it is not labeled as a "special feature" you should include it.

Agreed.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.
