DVD Profiler 3.5.1 didn´t start

Please help me !

My DVD Profiler 3.5.1 didn´t start. Only the small startscreen with the eye and the coloured bar begins to start but it doesn´t finished.

After a few minutes when i start the taskmanager in windows xp the message "No reaction from DVD Profiler" is displayed.

What can i do ?

Try to start the application and then immediately press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT as long as the "eye" screen is seen.

No change f i do it during the eye-screen is shown !

Has it ever worked or is it the first time you are trying?

Try Start -> Programs -> DVD Profiler -> Database Repari Utility

No it isn´t the first time. It runs a few weeks ago without problems.

I dont know what the problem is.
The repairtool runs very well, but the same problem.

A new installation over the old installation didn´t solve it !

Go to your "my documents" folder and rename (not delete!) the folder "DVD Profiler". Let's see if it starts up then (but don't be surprised when your DB is empty).
