I got Harry Potter Years 1-5 last year from Columbia House DVD club...

Was going to add it.. but health problems prevent me from sitting down and spending time with it.  (kidney stones + siatic nerve in right leg prevent extended sitting)

Here are the UPC numbers from the case and dvd's (which are each in slim line cases, 1 cd per case)

Wide Screen DVD edition...

Box Set Case---------  8  83929  01419  4

box set contents in "slim cd cases with the words " Year One, Year Two," etc on the SIDE only of each dvd)

... and the Sorcerer's Stone -----  8  83929  00917  6
... and the Chamber Of Secrets -----  8  83929  00855  1
... and the Prisoner Of Azkaban -----  8  83929  00852  0
... and the Order Of The Pheonix -----  8  83929  01384  5
... and the Goblet Of Fire -----  8  83929  00853  7

I was going to do this and submit it myself and use a trick where I download the Box set "years 1-3" and add the last two movies and assign them to the new set.. and simply add the above front cover.
But like I said.. I got issues with sitting for a long time at computer due to extreme pain in my leg.

At least there are the UPC bar code numbers for the set..  If someone wants to contribute this and requires further details like the "disc info"  I'll take the time and insert each disc in and get a number if I have to...

I did a suggestion for a new feature for  a way to edit the upc code in the suggestion forums here based on my experience with this...  hopefully they'll add that and then adding new box sets will be way faster.

This was North American version..  WideScreen.. etc.  only thing I couldnt find on the web was the image of the back of the set.  Each Slim dvd has a front and back also..  looks similar to their respective movie releases with maybe the exception of  "Year 1"  on the spine of the sleeve after the name.

No other bonus dvd's are included.

Sorry to hear about your health problems. I wish you a speedy recovery!

Unfortunately I have none of these films, so I can't submit them for you.
However, it IS possible to use existing profiles as a basis for creating new profiles for the same film. This is called "cloning". Here's a guide on how to do this. Make sure your own release matches the info in the cloned profile before contributing!

Hope this helps.

Best regards,
DJ

P.S.
Changing the UPC is easy: in the program's menu go to DVD / Change UPC.
