Hi Guys,

I'm someone can help me.  Everytime I try to download my online profile it gives me a Access Violation.  This is what it says

ACCESS VIOLATION AT ADDRESS 00A37106 IN MODULE 'DVDPRO.EXE'.  READ OF ADDRESS 00000008.


I have done the database repair and it still does it.

Please help

Are you using the latest profiler version? Did you try uninstall and re-install? If you want to download your entire online collection you could try to create a new database (file/open database/create new) first.

Please always perform a complete backup of your local database before starting any actions!

Sorry, no other ideas at the moment...
