I've tried uploading an audit of Pinocchio upc: 786936735321 3 times now and the cast won't upload to be voted on.  I can see it when I go to make my contribution notes and check the box, but when you go to vote on it, the cast is missing.

At this point, I've left the contribution standing w/o the cast with updated notes and will try to upload the cast by itself after this goes through (or not ) but wanted to let someone know what was going on if it could be fixed on my end or if it was on the server's end.

Was the only change to the cast case issues?  If memory serves, submitting a cast update changing "BAdger" to "Badger" won't be detected as a change to the overall cast submission (and thus the result you see) but will be flagged in the voting comparison window if some other change was detected such as the addition or removal of text/BY.

Nope, I did about 5-10 changes...pretty much the whole profile except scans and case as those are already being done by someone else.

The whole cast was uncredited as you said in your notes, correct?

Only two things I can think of.

One, there's another checkbox to ensure that the uncredited cast you're submitting goes through. There's an extra box at the bottom of the submission that's entitled Uncredited Cast. It says:

"This contribution contains uncredited cast entries. Please submit uncredited cast only if:

You have personally identified the cast by viewing the film
-OR- The cast is copied from a previously accepted profile with documented uncredited cast
Be sure to specify the source in your contribution notes"

There's then the checkbox I mentioned and beside it, it says: "Submit uncredited cast"

It's at the very bottom of the submission, just above the submit and cancel buttons, and the box is on the left hand side of the page. Did you check that box as well?

Two, if the entire cast is uncredited, maybe the system doesn't recognize a change since they're all technically not credited for the film?

Other than those two things, it's not something I've ever run into before and don't have anymore ideas.
The night is calling. And it whispers to me soflty come and play.

Hmm, I'll have to check that out. Just saw the normal one where you check next to the "cast" name.  That may be it, but I'll wait until this one goes through before doing so...the cast has been listed in another profile that I started with, but since I did add one credit for Mel Blanc that's not listed in that profile, I just listed the source of the sites I got it from...since it's a cartoon, you can't "recognize" people, though...

Sounds like this is most likely it, though!  Thanks!
