My "Total DVDs" in my Owned tab is one number greater than the "Filtered" number. I've disabled parental controls, tried to set and unset adult ratings, cleared all filters, ran database repair, etc, etc. When I sort by collection number, my lowest collection number is number 2.

I did an export and found this profile as collection number 1:

Anyone have any ideas as to how I can access this profile and delete it? It looks like a blank profile to me.

I had this problem and even reported it here once. (Too lazy to look up the thread.)

Anyway, Max is spot on. The profile cannot be accessed, as it's entirely empty and, as you can see in your XML, doesn't even have a UPC!

It WILL, however, show up as first profile when doing the selective restore (checkbox with no title next to it), so simply Select All and then deselect the first one. You don;'t have to restore the images, just keep them in place (IIRC).

I did a selective restore, but that profile was still there.

So I took a deep breath and deleted my database and then did a selective restore...and all is well now.

Thanks, Max and Achim!

Sorry, now I remember that I always restored into a new database, then moved the images and finally deleted the old database. Could have saved you one step there...

Glad to hear all is well now.
