Hello !
Yesterday i've submitted the french version of Bruce Dickinson's "Chemical Wedding" but i've made a mistake about the media's country.
Instead of choosing France, i've selected UK.
By the way, I couldn't figure how to change it.
Is there any tip ?

Under DVD, change locality/country. choose France, and resubmit..

Just a precision, because I couldn't find anything in the help.
What country should we put for the media ?
The country from the UPC (or EAN) or the country where the media was bought ?
Actually I've seen numerous media with an UPC that begins with 5 or 8 localized as France.
The standard is 5 for UK, 87 for Netherlands.

Chemical Wedding begins with 5 but the cover is entierly in french. Should comes from UK but no trace of english on it, and bought in France.
X-Files season 9 begins with a 87 for Netherlands width both languages on the cover. The locality is set on France, should be Netherland. It's coming from the Netherlands by the Belgium...

So... what should I do ?

For locality we use the country that the DVD was intended to be sold in. I wouldn't trust the EAN codes.
So if your covers are entirely in French and have a French rating on the back then use France.
There will be situations where it's not clear (for example Benelux releases) in which case you have to use your best judgment: if you bought the DVD locally and it's not marked as an import then again use France.

Usually the rating system that's being used on the cover will tell you for which country or countries the release was intended. If there are several ratings, you can choose one. Just make sure that both the rating system and the language of the overview match the locality you've chosen. Same goes for release date, SRP etc.

Examples: Benelux releases and Nordic releases.
In case of a Benelux release: the DVD rating system is the same for Belgium and the Netherlands. If you choose Netherlands as locality, the overview should be entered in Dutch only. With Belgium as locality both Dutch and French overviews should be entered.
In case of a Nordic release: pick one of the countries it is intended for (usually Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland) as the locality, and then match the rating, language, release date, SRP etc. for that locality.

Regarding your original question: if your original submission for the UK locality has not been approved yet: please withdraw it. If it has already been released, please change the title to "Screeners please delete this profile" and mention in your contribution notes that you accidentally submitted the original profile for the wrong locality.

There's already far too many profiles with UK as a locality that were never released there.
