Start taskmanager, see if you see a process called DVDProSetup.exe, then right-click on it, and kill it.
If the process isn't listed, than setup hasn't started yet.
If you are running on Vista, you might not have the proper privileges.
You could try to download the Zip version, extract setup.exe to the desktop. Then right-click on it, and choose "Run as administrator". |
