Does anybody knows how I can give a print order of my report to an other computer via an USB stick.  Does anybody knows where the print order is temp. stored on the computer so that I can export the file to the usb stick?

I use a program called CutePDF that allows you to "print" to it and it will create a PDF. You could use this program to create a PDF of your report which could be saved on your memory stick.

I use a programme called Fineprint (which allows you to "print" without actually printing it) but think you would need to have it installed on the other computer as well, they also have a PDF programme but have never used it

No, it's a separate program. (Google it).

It installs a Printer driver that routes the "printed" output to a PDF file instead of a local printer.  Any program could use it.
Bad movie?  You're soaking in it!
