When trying to move my collection to a new computer I attempted to backup to a thumb drive so that I could restore on the new computer. I tried this on several drives with more than enough room. I kept receiving a "Buffer Error" message. What can I do to get this transferred?

I did run a repair on the db and tried to backup to the thumb drive. I continue to receive the "Buffer Error" msg.

I then did a new backup onto the hard drive or the old machine and copied that file onto the thumb drive. I was then able to restore my collection onto the new computer without trouble.
