This again comes down to DVD Profiler not being a Unicode application

Here is one way you can fix it:

1: Open the file in Notepad on the Windows system (or another text iditor, Notepad can be a bit slow with big files)
2: In the first line, locate the text "windows-1252". Replace this with "ISO-8859-1"
3: Search replace the euro sign € with: €
4: Save the file. It should now load correctly on any computer.

Alternative way:
1: Open the file in Notepad on the Windows system (Again you can use another text editor if it supports encodings, but then you are on your own figuring out how to do it)
2: In the first line, locate the text "windows-1252". Replace this with "UTF-8"
3: Select "Save as" and in the dialog change the encoding to "UTF-8" before saving.
4: It should now load correctly on most computers, but I can't promise the mac is one of them (for the technical inclined: Notepad writes a BOM - Byte Order Mark - when saving, and this is not valid for the 1.0 XML standard - but many readers will load it anyway).

Microsoft cutting corners again...using their own standard instead of using the "World Standard" you will find the problem with most MS apps. as well, Word, Excel, Acces etc.

If you do a full export it should be there, it's just not "near" the title.

Yes you are right... I found the field.... DVDProfiler is exporting the sorting title field...
I did not look carefully in the entire file.

I guess the problem is with DVDPedia import, as this field is not copied nor imported
I will post a support request on the DVDPedia web site
