A mobile version for the iPhone would sell like hotcakes.

Forgive me, but in my opinion, if you are out drinking, and you feel need to blow into a personal breathalyzer you have probably had too much to drink to safely drive.  A bar here in Tucson had one as a novelty.  It was free for the first two weeks they had it out and then it went to a dollar a blow (no pun intended).  I can honestly tell you when people had to pay its usage fell significantly.  I also cannot remember EVER hearing anyone say, (Wow, .08 barkeep call me a cab I had to much to drink to drive."  Just my two cents
