I recently switched to Vista and downloaded my collection from the web. It seemed to go great.

Access violation at address 00aaf60d in module dvdpro.exe. Read of address 0000008.

I added a couple of titles and was trying to upload and got the above error. It was after I entered my password and chose "upload". Any suggestions on what to do to remedy the situation.

The problem is likely a bad custom genre.  To fix it, temporarily add a few custom genres, select OK, then go back and remove them.

Or, just download and install version 3.5.1, now in beta.

Custom genres can be added using the menu Tools/Edit Custom Genres...

Hope that helps.
