For version 3.5.0 build 1240

An unusual set of steps, probably, but still worth mentioning. The next time that you use Refresh Updated Profiles and one of the many profiles contains an image that needs updating, try this:

  • Review that profile.
  • Select "Accept Partial". (I also locked and selected one piece of data, but that may not matter.)
  • Note that "Cover Scans" has a checkmark next to it.
  • Click "OK" to get back to the list of profiles with updates.
  • Review that same profile again.
  • The "Cover Scans" checkmark is now gone. Adding it back is not helpful.
  • Click "OK" to get back to the list of profiles again.
  • The checkmark for images on THIS screen is still there.
  • Accept to update profiles.
  • Cover images will not be downloaded.

  • Since cover scan updates are more rare, I haven't been able to do much testing on this.

Thanks for the advice/help Giga Wizard.

I am not actually having any real problems myself. I already understood how to do all that you have described. It just happened that I was just playing around with Profiler during one update and discovered that this set of steps causes this to happen (for me, at least).

If I avoid going back the second time into the profile changes (steps 5-7), everything works as it should.

Been having the same problem since downloading Profiler 3.5.

I've tried all of the suggestions that were given here in the forum, but all of the newer images will not download into my local profile. Any other suggestions would be of great help at this rate. Thanks.

P.S.: The software I had before this was Profiler 3.0 Beta. Not sure if it helps my case or not, but I figured it should be mentioned just in case.
