This has happened several times, and I am unsure -- in not a bug -- what it could be indicating.

So, I update profiles, it displays the list, I select "Skip All Unchanged", it scans, compares, and removes the checkmarks for profiles that would display as "No Differences Detected". Ok, all is well os far.

I click the remaining profiles, checking them (none have updated images), and run across one that has none of the yellow "difference detected" symbols.

What sort of difference might it be detecting if it isn't significant enough to be flagged with the yelllow sign?

When I saw the title of this thread, my first thought was, "Who would dare to try and change Skip?"

However, as to your question, I have seen this before too. In the case of "NR" rating, it may just be a change of Film to Television rating. That does not (yet) show up in the comparison page. Also, changes in the overview (removing an extra blank or carriage return) are sometimes invisible.

Yes, I have noticed that as well. For overview changes, the removal of only a space makes it difficult to understand what was changed. For NR ratings, at first I was confused, but then I went through and converted all of my TV series over (without contributing), and the first series that I updated from online showed that there was a difference even though they looked the same, so then I understood.

The key point in those examples, though, is that even though you can't actually see that a change has been made, they still get marked with the yellow /!\, whereas in my proposed situation nothing is showing up at all.

As far as I'm aware this happens with box sets, more specifically if child profiles have been added to a parent profile.

Would that explain the phenomenon you encountered? (Might be, since you're talking about TV series - could it be that disc level child profiles were added?)

That might actually be it. I did not realize until now (or had forgotten) that changes in the "Box Set Contents" field do not display the /!\ in the list at the very bottom and only in the area itself.
