Since update to 3.5 the online profile list is always downloaded completely (the whole 13 MB). In the last release it only loaded the new profiles since the last download.

Just reinstalled it, same thing as before 

Checked the 2 files. They are slightly larger than you said (shoud be ok, there were a lot of updates since your post), but still both the same size and date.
In my Vista-Installation they're located in "C:\Users\[myusername]\AppData\Roaming\DVD Profiler". Also tried to delete both, nothing worked.
