 <-Weblink AFAIK the IE does only accept icons stored locally on the pc! So as a workaround you could store the icon on your hd, goto properties of the link and click on change icon! If you look at the source code for the collection page, it's simple missing a line such as this one: <link rel="SHORTCUT ICON" href="http://www.invelos.com/SiteIcon.ico" /> 'Though to be frank, we all know the collection page could use a general overhaul.
