Just recently purchased DVD Profiler and have to say i'm very impressed. For any minor negatives I may find (and most would be down to my own OCDs anyway) they're outweighed by all the positives.

Two quick questions now, and i'll be on my merry way.

How do I remove an entry from the filter list? A studio was incorrectly spelt which I amended, however the incorrect spelling still shows in the filter list.

What's the rule on adding a DVD that has two films on the one disc?
e.g.

Disc 2 of Eric Rohmer's The Early Works - 5021866328300
Disc 1 of The Complete Jean Vigo - 5021866004303 (this one actually has FOUR films on the disc)

To remove a studio from the "filter" list (actually the studio list), you can select "Edit Studios" under the "Tools" menu.

Scroll down through the list until you find the studio you're looking for.  Don't type the name in the bottom.....use the scroll bar on the right.

Once you find it, just select it with your mouse, and clcik on "Delete".

If that studio is actually being used in a profile, it will tell you how many profiles are using it.  To find the specific profiles, go back to the filters and select that studio.

As Pete said, with two films on one side the only way to profile this is too add the DVD by it's "Disc ID"
having done so "Edit" the profile, in the cast section Add 1 divider, name the divider so that it recieves the Title of the first film.
Add the cast - roles for this film
Add second divider - name this divider the Title of the second film.
Add the cast - roles for this film

As for crew section repeat the Divider seperators as in the cast section.

Title for the film in the main General tab what I have done in the past is:-
Title 1 / Title 2
and hope the the titles arn't too long for the area.
release date would have to be assigned to the earliest release of the earliest film ie film 1 released 2001, film 2 released 1999: release date would be 1999
Audio and Video can get tricky unless both films use identical Audio & Video. If they don't list as per film and put in your contribution notes which aspects belong to which film.
Running Time should be the combined running time of both films.
