| Posted: | | | | I'm trying to add Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade: Special Edition (UPC: 669198-188299) to my collection, but am repeatedly getting an "Unable to download file" error.
It does download 1,1 KB of the 1,3 KB before hanging for a while and then giving the error message. I have no problem downloading the highres coverscans, and no problems downloading any other profiles I have tried (I'm rebuilding my collection after a break and have just added ~200 titles).
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

| Posted: | | | | Which version of Profiler are you using?
3.5 has just been released which has some new data fields that aren't compatible with 3.1. | | | IVS Registered: January 2, 2002 |

I'm using DVDProfiler 3.5 Build 1240. The profile I'm trying to add is new in my collection (it is already in the online database) - I'm not trying upgrade or import an old collection. | | | Last edited: by Terkel |

| Posted: | | | | I was able to preview and download the profile without issue. Try the database repair that Giga Wizard suggests. |

| Posted: | | | | I'm in the same situation. I upgraded from 3.1 to 3.5 (Build 1240) and am not able to download new profiles or images. I think it may be due to the fact that I'm not able to reach the server with the IP address 74.53.166.114. I've run a tracert and a ping on the address and I'm not receiving a reply. Is everyone using the same IP address? Thanks in advance |

| Posted: | | | | This forum has some awesome mojo Shortly after posting my previous message, I rebooted my computer and now all is well in DVD Profiler. If the mods would like to delete my posts since they are a waste of space, you will hear no complaints from me. |
