I have the 3.1.1 build 1171 version.  I am getting an error when downloading profiles and echo that I think it has something to do with people using version 3.5 putting up profiles.  The red X appears on the profile section, but the pictures download fine.  If I look in my list, there is a blank item in my owned list.  If I click on it, I can see it is my DVD, but most of the profile info is missing and seems corrupted. If I go to preview instead, it previews fine, but then give an access violation error when I try to close the window. The program appears to continue working. If I try to download it, I get the Three easy UPCs to test are for Star Trek: First Contact (silver cover), Witness, and Pirates of the Carribean at World's end: 786936293012.  I've input about 50 DVDs tonight and these 3 were the ones I could not get to work no matter what.
