Refresh online profile list .... error

Is the online profile list down ?
It started to update 30min ago but came 37kb then an error accured
Now I have only like 541 DVDs total in the list, when i try to update It only trys for 1sec then it does nothin', everything else work

Can't confirm this. Just tried it and the db is accessible! Maybe problems with your internet provider? Maybe it helps to disconnect and reconnect your online conection (if you do not have a static ip address).

yeah the list seems online, just can't download within the program
I will try the manual download now to the my documents folder mentioned in the knowledgebase ..see it will update it with a restart of dvd profiler

update: it imported the profile list when i started dvd profiler now, from the my documents folder where I saved the online file, still don't update it within dvd profiler ..
