I just moved my collection from my laptop to my desktop, simply installing the program and then entering my unlimited key. Afterwards, it seems like every DVD I've added since is horribly pixelated - the quality is terrible compared to the rest of my collection. It seems I'm getting scans from the free user database.

Is there some option I need to turn on? Do I have to take my unlimited key out of my laptop? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is an checkbox for downloading high resolution scans.  I am not in front of my home PC right now so I can't tell you where it is, but you should be able to find it in the program options somewhere.

Go to the Tools menu, then choose Options, then click on the Display tab, then in the lower left you should see DVD Cover Image Quality.  Choose High Quality.  You may need to go the Online Menu and choose Refresh All Images to overwrite all the crappy images.
Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here.

Note that not all the cover picture in the database are in high resolution or in high quality, it depends of what was contributed. I know that my scan in the database aren't that great, but most of the time I'm the only one who own the dvd
