When I checked my online collection, one of my titles was missing.  How do I correct this??

Did you check your user settings:

e.g.
Show In Public Listing: [ ] Adult Titles

?

As Kahless says, some ratings are automatically classed as "adult" even if they're not set as such in the program. Check your adult settings under My Profiler (above) and see if that helps.

I clicked on the options for both public and private in regards to my adult title, and am wondering if I should re-upload my collection online??

You shouldn't have to, as the online stores all your titles, it just may not display them all.
However, if you see no difference, you might need to refresh your browser cache to force it to show the most up-to-date version of the webpage.
If you still have problems, let us know which profile it is and we'll see if there's something up with the profile.

I found it, it was just out of order with the rest of the profile.  It was near the beginning instead of with the M's like it should be.

In that case, check the sort title, under Personalise, if the sort title is wrong or missing that would put the profile in the wrong place.

Took me a long time before finding that out. I'm slow
Unfortunately, I can't use DVDprofiler at the moment due to lack of a Windows computer.
