| Posted: | | | | ok, got it. It works. yeah. However, the pre programed carridge return is annoying me, if there is a scan that produces more than one result the 'auto return' will select the first one without giving me the option of any other. Comments? it looks like the cat is declawed already as it works 'out of box' even tried catnip but i have no idea how to use that cos if i create a profile the cat does into stand by and won't come out. ahhhhhhhrggggggg!!! |

| Posted: | | | | Unfortunately I think the carriage return is a pre-programmed signal from the cuecat and I don't think anyone's found a way of stopping it. I'm pretty sure that if you've got your locality set right in options, it should default to selecting that one in the list, so the selection shouldn't cause too much damage. However, I'm not 100% on that. |

| Posted: | | | | As a workaround, you could open Notepad (or some other text editor) and scan the bar code into it. Then cut and paste the value from Notepad (without) the carriage return. I know this works, having done it myself. | | | Another Ken (not Ken Cole) Badges? We ain't got no badges. We don't need no badges. I don't have to show you any stinking badges. | Posted: | | | | How about setting the default locality to UK, then scan in all the UK dvds. Then set the default locality to US, scan in US discs etc? | | | Paul |
