I recently grouped some of my DVD's and set them as part of a box set.  Now, they don't show up in my collection.  If I search by name, they appear, but if I order my collection, say by collection number or alphabetical, they don't show up.  Where are they listed, and is there a way to remove the box set option from these DVD's?

Yep, if you decide to do that, just edit the parent profile, and in the Box Set Contents section just click Remove to remove (one by one) the child profiles.  This doesn't delete the child profiles, it just stops associating them with the parent profile.
