You might have a database corruption.

Goto Tools --> options --> utilities --> repair DVD Profiler Database

This might solve the error.

Quote taken from the support section of this site:

I get a DBISAM Engine Error XXXX when YYYY (starting program, adding profile, adding actor, etc.)
This is a sign of a corrupt database in some form.

Answer:

First, attempt to repair the database by doing a Tools->Options Utilitites tab, Repair Profile Database.

If you're unable even to start DVD Profiler, you can run the repair utility from Windows' Start Menu.

You might want to find out more about known issues and FAQs
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
