| Posted: | | | | DVD Profiler 3.1 but it's not working! When I go and press the "Buy Now" button, it takes me to a Paypal page and tells me:
"We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please click Retry or try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Message 3004"
Is this any indication of how this company works? :-(
I'm sorry that I'm new and it feels like I'm bashing this place but this seems like a well-built and well-tested application and it'd be bad to be losing customer because of snafus like this (i.e. using Paypal for paying option).

| Posted: | | | | I apologize for the inconvenience. It seems PayPal is experiencing some issues today. The problem seems to be intermittant, so the best advice I have is to try back at intervals.
